19 Jan THE UGR PROMOTES ITS OWN ‘ATP MASTER 1000’
The Master’s Degree in Compulsory Secondary Education and Bachelor’s Degree, Vocational Training and Language Teaching at the UGR is developing this new initiative to motivate future teachers. This initiative, promoted by teachers, transforms the subject of Learning and Teaching Physical Education into a motivating experience that fosters commitment and involvement in training.
This project turns the subject of Learning and Teaching Physical Education into a technical academy for future teachers. The pillars that will be developed are values and role models, emotional management and performance, and finally, a playful-educational approach.
The structure revolves around seven weekly tournaments to be held on Thursdays, where students will also have access to extra training sessions, which will award points for the final Teachers’ Cup, where the four best participants in the project will compete.
It is worth highlighting the charitable component of this proposal: each student will pay a registration fee of one euro for each tournament, accumulating a fund of 200 euros that the winner will donate to the NGO or association of their choice.
