ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/27
The economic regime for MasterHome Granada Residence for the academic year 2026/27 is 988 €/month, including VAT (current rate 10%). The payment covers the period from the start of the academic year on September 2026, to June, 2027. The pension quantity for the entire academic year amounts to 8.892 € distributed as follows:
988 €, including VAT (current rate 10%) as an advance, deductible from the last month of the academic year.
988 €, including VAT (current rate 10%) for each month of the academic year, from September to May.
The month of May is considered paid with the aforementioned advance payment. Any days the resident stays in June will be charged as individual days at a cost of €35 per day, with all services included.
*Absences from school or holiday periods will not be grounds for a discount.

Registration: After receiving the placement notification, the applicant must pay a 330 € (including VAT) registration fee and send the receipt by email. This receipt confirms the placement with the commitment to maintain it until the second assignment of selectivity university entrance exam grades. Non-occupation of the residence, once granted, implies the loss of the registration.
Advance Payment: The advance payment is made at the time the placement is granted, and there will be no refund of this amount.
