How long will we keep your data?
The data used for timekeeping will be kept for 4 years, as required by the Workers’ Statute. After this time, they will be destroyed. The rest of the data will be kept for as long as a contractual relationship exists.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal bases for the processing of personal data are the consent of the data subject and the execution of the employment contract according to the terms and conditions set out in the clauses of the document signed by both parties and the obligations established in the Workers’ Statute.
