03 Jun #HiloTesis Contest 2025

The University of Granada, in partnership with CRUE and the Ignacio Larramendi Foundation, presents the fifth edition of the #HiloTesis 2025 contest. This call invites researchers to publish their doctoral theses in thread format via the BlueSky application.

The goal is to adapt the content using clear and visually appealing language to make research more accessible and understandable to the public. To participate, candidates must be enrolled in a doctoral program or have recently defended their thesis, with the approval of their thesis supervisor.

Participants must create and publish a thread on the BlueSky social platform between June 3 and June 17, 2025. It is essential to include the hashtag #HiloTesis in the thread. Additionally, participants must register and provide the thread link using this form after publication.

Participants are encouraged to enhance their presentation by incorporating visual elements, making it more attractive and easier for readers to understand. Threads may be published in any of the country’s co-official languages; however, if selected for the national phase, the corresponding university will provide a Spanish translation.

The Ignacio Larramendi Foundation will sponsor a total of six prizes, each valued at €500, as part of this contest.
