27 Jan Route Inti: cultural adventure and training for young people from Granada
The City Council of Granada has opened the application period to take part in Ruta Inti 2026, an academic and training expedition aimed at young people aged 18 to 25. This year’s journey will take place in Asia, with Nepal as the main destination, from 14 July to 7 August 2026.
Ruta Inti is a non-profit initiative that combines adventure, education and community living, inviting participants to enjoy a shared learning experience in close contact with nature and local cultures. The project is inspired by values such as sustainable development, solidarity, respect and responsibility, and seeks to offer a cross-disciplinary education that goes beyond the traditional classroom.
During the expedition, participants will visit emblematic locations such as the Kathmandu Valley and Chitwan National Park, taking part in activities that integrate history, anthropology, the environment and cultural heritage. Applications are open until 8 February 2026. The Youth Department of the City Council will support up to three places with partial grants to facilitate participation.
An information meeting will be held on 27 January at 6:30 pm at the Youth Space.
